On the 13th of December 2014 Sheikha Al Thani and the rest of the SATUC team were in Glasgow to attend 2 events for Sense Scotland, 1st the Christmas party hosted by Sense Scotland and the 2nd is 30th-anniversary Sense Scotland which continues to play a leading role in the care of disabled children and adults.
Satuc Chairperson Sheikha Al Thani said “This was a wonderful opportunity to come and share in the Christmas spirit with this very special charity. This is the 2nd time we have attended the Sense Scotland Christmas party, it’s a real privilege to have this kind of experience with them and to see how much joy this type of event can bring. I wish these children a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year; they will always be in my heart. I give many thanks to all the people working there they offer great care that is at a high level”. Sheikha said
And it is worth mentioning that his Sheikh visited too Sense Scotland, On the 7th of December 2013, to spend the day with the disabled children to play and danced together.
Sense Scotland, is A non-profit organization working with people who have impairments in vision and hearing with or without other disabilities.
