As the new year approaches, SATUC wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  We pray that the new year will be full of love and cooperation for better future for everyone.

As the year ends, we proudly think about our achievements during the last year. This gives us strength to continue working in 2015 to achieve our noble goals and care about more underprivileged children. As we deal with their sorrowful reality, we don’t search for the reasons for their pain, but rather for the solutions.

There are many disturbing problems that governments need to cooperate with NGOs in order to solve them. Special programs are also needed to integrate those disadvantaged children in the community and develop their skills. They also need to develop their creativity and education in order to get over their bad circumstances, which they have never chosen to live.

Therefore, SATUC decided to hold this press conference on December 25, 2014, right before the beginning of the new year to announce details about meetings and tours for the teams that will participate in the first Football Tournament for Orphans and Underprivileged Children that will be held on August 30, 2015. The tournament aims at helping the children get acquainted with new cultures and have new experience that helps them to succeed. Further information about this sports festival will be announced in the conference as well.
